Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactor

Hydrothermal Autoclave Synthesis Reactor is used in catalysis, crystal growth, polymer, and similar experiments. It adopts external heating to save space and allows multiple reactors to operate at the same temperature inside an oven. Customized models are available as needed.

Methods of Operation:

• Keep feed ratio below 0.8 of reactor volume.

• Use PTFE liner for corrosive materials.

• Heat gradually to the desired temperature below the safety limit.

• Cool slowly before opening the lid.

• Open only after the temperature drops below solvent boiling point.

• Clean reactor after each use to prevent corrosion.

• Keep sealing surfaces clean and undamaged for best performance.
